We have a large range of weights to cater for all parties. In June we ask the turkeys to grow to the size you want in December… but they don’t always oblige. We will get as close to the weight you want as we can – usually its spot on. If you leave ordering to the last minute, we can't guarantee we'll have the weight you want, so order early.

Collect your pre-ordered Free range Bramble Farm turkeys from Openview Farm, Epsom Road in West Horsley, Surrey. We are near East Clandon, Effingham, Cranleigh, Guildford, leatherhead, Dorking, on the A246, close to Cranmore school and opposite Squires garden centre see our map and directions.
We are less than 15 miles from Kingston, Twickenham, Epsom, Egham, Camberley, Aldershot, Godalming, Horsham, Farnham, Crawley, Redhill, Weybridge, Woking, Walton-upon-Thames, New Malden, Surbiton, East Molesey, Esher, Cobham, Brookwood, Chobham, Knaphill, Oxshott, Farnborough, Ascot, Virginia water, and Sunningdale.

How long do I need to cook my turkey?
Bramble Farm turkeys are slowly reared and free range, therefore they develop extra intramuscular fat. So cook in less time than a standard supermarket turkey. We use a thermometer to tell us when it's done. See our cooking page for more details.
Why use a thermometer?
Free range turkeys cook quicker, and ovens vary in temperature, so we use a thermometer to tell us when it's done. We take it out when it's 65 °C as it keeps on cooking out of the oven. Leave it on the side uncovered for at least 30 minutes. We like digital thermometers, but any that indicate accurate degrees. We have an Oxo Good Grips digital thermometer but any will do.
