How to buy your turkey online

This year, we’ve launched our eCommerce and delivery website. Now you have 3 choices to purchase your turkey:

  1. Delivery - your turkey delivered to your door for £15

  2. Pay in advance & collect from the farm - miss the queues

  3. Pay a deposit & collect - to secure your order

This is our first eCommerce site, so it’s not perfect, as the template doesn’t understand customers may collect the product!!!

How to buy online - some tips to help you.

  1. Select the ORDER ONLINE button

  2. Select what type of turkey you want, the weight & whether you want to collect it or get it delivered & ADD TO CART

  3. Delivery is limited to Saturday 21st December as we’ll be serving customers 22nd, 23rd and 24th. So we ask you to select you acknowledge this.

  4. To checkout - click the CART (1) icon (see picture for mobile & desktop)

  5. Review details and click “CHECKOUT”

Checkout steps:

  1. We need your email - to send your order confirmation to

  2. Shipping details - even if you’re collecting (it’s annoying but our eCommerce site requires it. Next year we hope to have a custom site)

  3. Telephone - we need this so we can call you if there are any questions about your order

  4. Checkout step 3 - Delivery “safe place”, Thanksgiving delivery date request or Collection “preferred date”, this bit may be a bit confusing, but please bear with us and fill in the box or select the dropdown.

  5. Checkout step 4 - Payment & Billing address - if you want the turkey to be delivered to another address, you can add your billing address here or use the same shipping address from earlier.

  6. Once you’ve submitted these, you’ll have a final review stage

  7. Finally you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email (unless you un-ticked the email opt-out in step 2)
